By purchasing any product from FROFA, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

(a) Intended Use. FROFA products are designed for use by adults as directed in the product instructions. Products should be applied only to external skin areas as described on the product listing. Do not apply to broken, irritated, or sunburned skin, and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

(b) Individual Results May Vary. Results from using FROFA products depend on individual factors including skin type, hair type, hormonal profile, consistency of use, and other personal variables. FROFA does not guarantee specific results for any individual user. Product descriptions and customer testimonials reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of identical outcomes.

(c) No Medical Claims. FROFA products are natural hair growth inhibitor oils formulated with botanical ingredients. They are not a substitute for medical advice, dermatological treatment, or prescription therapies. If you have a medical condition (including but not limited to PCOS, hormonal disorders, or skin conditions), consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

(d) Patch Test Required. We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin at least 24 hours before full application. Apply a small amount of product to the inner forearm or behind the ear and monitor for any adverse reaction. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, swelling, or discomfort occurs.

(e) Misuse & Unintended Use. FROFA shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, illness, allergic reaction, or adverse effect resulting from misuse, improper use, unintended use, or failure to follow product instructions, including but not limited to ingestion, application to eyes or mucous membranes, or use on open wounds.

(f) Keep Out of Reach of Children. FROFA products are intended for use by adults. Keep all products out of the reach of children. If a child accidentally ingests or misuses a product, seek medical attention immediately.

12.3 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that FROFA has no control over how products are used after delivery and cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from improper storage, handling, or use in conditions or environments for which the product was not intended.

12.4 Allergies, Sensitivities & Health Conditions

FROFA products contain natural botanical ingredients including but not limited to Cyperus Rotundus extract, jojoba oil, rosehip oil, sweet almond oil, and aloe vera. These ingredients, while natural, may cause allergic reactions or adverse effects in certain individuals.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to review all product ingredients and descriptions before purchase and use, and to consult with a medical professional if there is any doubt about potential reactions. FROFA shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction, skin irritation, or other adverse health effect caused by any product.

If you are pregnant, nursing, or under active dermatological treatment, consult your physician before using any FROFA product.

12.5 Product Warnings & Instructions

FROFA provides product descriptions, usage guidelines, ingredient lists, and safety warnings on product pages and packaging. The purchaser is responsible for reading and following all provided instructions and warnings before use. Failure to follow product instructions or warnings releases FROFA from any liability for resulting harm.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies to damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use our products or services
• Any product reaction, whether known or unknown at the time of sale
• Misuse, improper use, or failure to follow product instructions
• Allergic reactions, skin irritation, or health complications caused by product ingredients
• Non-compliance with local regulations by the buyer

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FROFA, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of any product or service; (c) your failure to comply with applicable laws and safety regulations; or (d) any third-party claim arising from your use of FROFA products.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

16. Termination

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the buyer's jurisdiction provide otherwise.

For EU/EEA consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your Member State of domicile, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
